See where #6200 ends up and what his new life will be like, as the absorbing tale of the Ozark Mountain Railroad continues its legend of saving old engines from the breakers yard with this engaging and beautifully illustrated story.
Young children and adults alike will be captivated by the thrills and excitement of this fabulous bedtime read.

Our family liked learning the history of #6200 and his redemption story as part of the Ozark Mountain Rail Road.
As with the previous books of this series, the story line is encouraging, wholesome and positive. I especially love how the characters show examples of thoughtful friendship and loyalty.
The illustrations are a perfect fit. They are a great reference to the actual trains, but also leave room to spur on the readers imagination. The author’s love and expertise of trains is as inspiring as the tale itself.
The history, map, diagrams and glossary make this great family read the perfect platform for unit studies, school projects or additions to curriculum.
